External Data Resources

In addition to the OCP Database, here are some additional sources of publicly available cannabis data. If you know of a resource we’re missing, reach out!

National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI)

Cannabis genetic test results must be filed with the NCBI, a rich database full of cannabis-related information (and then some). There you can search through cannabis biosamples, cannabis nucleotides, and so much more.

Phylos Galaxy

The Phylos Galaxy not only offers data about all of the strains tested at Phylos Bioscience, it visualizes the data so that you can see which plants are related to which ones. Fun fact: strain names are not always accurate.
